iCorps offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees.
Here is a quick summary of our outstanding benefits:

Wellness
Health: Medical insurance is offered to employees on their first day of employment.

  Boston-based employees—Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO Blue
  New York employees—Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

Both plans include medical office visits, well-baby care, routine checkups, mental health coverage, vision coverage (discounts on eyewear are also available) and unlimited chiropractic visits. Fitness and weight-loss benefits are available through Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Dental: Employees are eligible to participate in Delta Dental’s Delta Premier dental insurance plan beginning the first day of the second month of employment.

Life Insurance: Employees are eligible for a life insurance plan beginning the employee’s first day of employment through UNUM Provident. (100% employer-sponsored).

Short and Long Term Disability, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance: Employees are eligible for coverage beginning on the first day of employment through UNUM Provident. (100% employer-sponsored).

Fitness Center Discount (MA ONLY): We offer a discount on membership to the Fitcorp Fitness Center.
Balance Between Work and Personal Life
Paid Time Off (PTO): Employees are eligible for fifteen days of accrued PTO per full calendar year. For each additional year of employment, employees receive one additional day of PTO for a maximum of 20 days of PTO per calendar year.

Paid Holidays: iCorps offers paid holidays throughout the calendar year including the employee’s birthday.

Me Time Off (MTO): To help employees maintain a healthy work-life balance, iCorps proudly presents the Me Time Off plan (MTO). After employees are employed for six months, each employee is given four hours of MTO per month. This time off is in addition to PTO.

Employee Assistance Program: iCorps offers employees and their family members 24-hour access to a work-life balance employee assistance program at no cost to the employee.

Global Travel Assistance: 24-hour access to emergency medical and legal resources when traveling more than 100 miles from home. This benefit is at no cost to the employee.
Planning for the Future
401(k): iCorps offers full-time employees a 401(k) retirement plan. Participation can begin on the first day of the second month of employment.

Matching: iCorps matches employee contributions at a rate of 10% of deferrals.

Profit Sharing: iCorps offers a discretionary profit sharing plan at the end of each calendar year.
Professional Development
Certifications: iCorps pays for professional certification exams such as Microsoft, Cisco, Apple and SonicWall as well as other technical industry leader’s certification exams. In addition, iCorps provides training and prep materials for the certification exams as well as provides an employee with paid time off to take the certification exam.
Additional Benefits
TransitChek (NY ONLY): iCorps is a member of the TransitCenter’s pretax program, TransitChek. Our NY employees can save on commuting costs by purchasing transit checks pre-tax.

Haircuts: iCorps reimburses $15.00 for haircuts for all full-time employees.

Social Outings: iCorps sponsors a variety of social events at fun destinations located near each of our Boston and New York offices.

AAA Membership: iCorps offers employees an annual AAA membership at no cost to the employee.
